Chrysler Group LLC wants a federal judge to halt sales of its "Imported From Detroit" T-shirts or other merchandise in a trademark infringement lawsuit filed against Detroit retailer Pure Detroit and its co-owners in U.S. District Court. This week the automaker filed suit against Moda Group LLC, which operates Pure Detroit's three stores selling Detroit-branded merchandise.

In fact, the photos we published turn out to be images Jaguar submitted to the European Patent office when the CX-16 Concept – the first view we had of the new F-Type – was being readied for its debut in 2011. Oh, well.
